Recycling as the solution to the aftermath.

The aftermath of Typhoon Yolanda in Tacloban left thousands displaced and hundreds of facilities destroyed. Mondelez chose to answer the calls of schools in need of new classroom materials by solving another issue: waste.

By recycling a total of 100,000 disposed foil packs, we were able to create chairs for 30 public schools in Tacloban. Along with the chairs, we activated this Initiative in these 15
barangays found across Tacloban.

This award-winning (both local and foreign) campaign brought hope to the new beginning of Tacloban City.
